The success rate for the ‘Blissful Sleep’ consultation is exceptionally high because I work with you, day and night, sharing my extensive experience as well as the theory and science of sleep. I study your little one’s individual dietary needs related to sleep, daily and bedtime routine, sleep environment whilst showing you how to create and maintain consistently good sleep habits. This can be booked to start within 1 to 4 weeks of your booking confirmation. Suzy guarantees a specific date on receipt of the completed booking form and the retainer fee only. For further details please see the T &C’s.
Blissful Sleep 6- 24 months in detail:
30-minute online video call: Suzy will talk you through some simple but effective ‘projects’ that prepare your little one for the main sleep plan.
Day 1: Suzy arrives around midday. She will spend time with you and your little one, getting to know personalities and ensuring that your little one is relaxed with her. This is the perfect time to share your concerns with Suzy and she will also give you up-to-date sleep information and answer your initial questions. She will then work with you to refine your chosen sleep plan. On the first night, The tailor-made plan begins. Your little one is in safe hands and Suzy keeps you informed of progress in ‘real-time’. You may choose to start start the plan yourself, with Suzys guidance and, of course, the choice is always yours.
Day 2: Depending on who was carrying out the sleep plan the previous night, Suzy may demonstrate the sleep method so that you can observe the fine details then she will offer you step by step guidance and positive support. She will guide you and your little one through any possible adjustments to the daily routine, discuss dietary requirements that affect sleep and more. She may even suggest some fun developmental activities for you to enjoy together, bringing in an element of fun.
Day 3: This is where Suzy takes steps back whilst you and your partner put into practice your new sleep plan. She still remains in the background to answer your questions. On the last evening, whilst your little one is sleeping peacefully, Suzy will request 30 minutes or so of your time to have a little Q & A session so that you talk through common issues that affect sleep and Suzy will explain how to handle different scenarios in the future. On the last night, Suzy remains ‘on-call’ until the following morning by which time you will be empowered to continue with your little one’s new sleep-friendly plan. It won’t be too long now before you will be sleeping well again.

The fee applies for consultations that take place within a 10 miles radius of Harrow-on-the-Hill Station. For other areas, please state your postcode, or full address if outside the UK, and check additional cost with Suzy.
In the following cases, to allow for an even more gentle pace, you might like to consider: Complete Feed & Sleep 0-2 years or Holistic Gentle Sleep Newborn-1 year when:
1. Either you or your partner suffer from anxiety or post-natal depression
2. Your baby suffers from medicated reflux, allergies or other medical condition under your physician’s guidance (excluding teething)
3. Your baby is under 6 months old. ‘Sleep Training’ is only suitable for infants from 6+ months.
Teething, if correctly medicated, is generally not considered as a reason to delay sleep training for infants from 6+ months.
